Order Fulfillment / Production Time

As each item is handmade to order, the expected ship date varies, but generally items are shipped within 5 business days. Please see individual items for estimated production timeframe. If you need an expedited order please contact hello@virtuevalour.com to arrange. Rush fees may apply.

Rush Orders

If you would like an item faster than the listed production time, please email hello@virtuevalour.com for availability and price quote before placing your order. We are happy to accommodate whenever possible. Rush fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of each item, Rand Leather generally does not accept returns or exchanges, except where required by law. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact hello@virtuevalour.com for a resolution.

Customization

Most items in the Virtue & Valour online shop can be customized. We also specialize in custom, one-off pieces. Please email hello@virtuevalour.com to discuss your order.

Domestic (US) Shipping

All orders ship via USPS or Canada Post priority mail and usually arrive within 3-7 business days of ship date. A tracking number will be emailed when the order ships.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging and show “Chit Chats, Niagara Falls” as the return address.

Virtue & Valour is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.

International Shipping

International orders ship via Ascendia International mail and usually arrive within 10-15 business days of ship date. A tracking number will be emailed when the order ships.

Buyers are responsible for paying any additional customs fees or taxes that may apply. Virtue & Valour is not responsible for delays due to customs.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging and show "Chit Chats, Niagara Falls" as the return address. A Customs Declaration will be filled out as discreetly as allowed by law and list the full value of package contents. Buyer is responsible for any additional fees or taxes that may apply.
