Thank you for your interest in carrying our line of leather and PVC accessories. To place an order please contact us at hello@virtuevalour.com. Please read through our wholesale policies before placing an order.

meet the minimum:

• 3 piece minimum per design

• opening order minimum | $700

• re-order minimum | $500

ways to order:

• Orders are accepted via Purchase Order directly.

• purchase orders may be emailed to hello@virtuevalour.com

payment options:

• all credit cards are accepted  | due & processed upon shipment

production times:

• standard turn-around time is 1-2 weeks

• additional time may be added during our busy seasons

shipping methods:

• all orders are shipped Priority Mail / flat rate of $10

• buyer may purchase shipping through additional carriers

• we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods once shipped | buyer may add additional insurance if requested prior to ship date

customizations | samples:

• customizations may be possible, but must be discussed prior to placing an order

• free samples are not offered | minimums will apply

returns | cancellations | discounts:

• all items are made to order, therefore returns are only offered on damaged or defective goods within 7 days of the delivery date

• order cancellations & buybacks are not offered directly through us

• applicable discounts are wholesale only (50% off retail prices) | no other discounts may be applied

please read & agree before placing an order:

• company packaging must accompany each retail sale

• modifications to our products are not permitted unless done in house by our team

• no third party sales 

• use of our products photos may be permitted with prior consent only | all model & photo credit must be given each time a photo is used or posted to social media
