Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of each item, Rand Leather generally does not accept returns or exchanges, except where required by law. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact hello@virtuevalour.com for a resolution.

North American Shipping

All orders are shipped using USPS or Canada Post (Depending on whether you are located in Canada or the United States). All orders arrive within 3-7 business days of ship date. A tracking number will be emailed when the order ships.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging and show “Chit Chats, Niagara Falls” as the return address.

Virtue & Valour is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.

International Shipping

International orders ship via Ascendia International and usually arrive within 10-15 business days of ship date. A tracking number will be emailed when the order ships.

Buyers are responsible for paying any additional customs fees or taxes that may apply. Virtue & Valour is not responsible for delays due to customs.
