Origin of Shipment: Every Virtue & Valour order is dispatched with love from Ontario, Canada
Packed By: Each Virtue & Valour order is designed, assembled and packed by Sofie. It's more than just a package; its a labour of love in a mission to create a more colourful landscape in the fashion industry.
Processing Time: All items are handmade by me, and generally take about a week to create and ship. However, during special occasions like holidays, big sales, new product launches, or in the event of natural calamities, a little patience might be required.
Please Note: The shipping option you select (Standard or Express) refers to the speed of the service once in the hands of the postal carrier (Canada Post/ USPS). It does not include picking and packing processing time. All orders will be processed in order of when they are placed.

SPECIAL NOTES
- Pre-orders: Occasionally, we introduce pre-orders. If they intrigue you or you have queries, feel free to connect at hello@virtuevalour.com.
- Shipping Delays: We do our bit perfectly, but sometimes, external factors like public holidays or postal hiccups can cause delays. If your order plays hide and seek for over 10 business days, reach out through our Contact page or email me at hello@virtuevalour.com.
- Customer Pick-ups: As much as we'd love to meet, we don't offer pick-ups or pre-purchase viewings.
- Address Issues: Oops happens to the best of us. If a package comes back because of an incorrect address, the re-shipping cost would be on you.
- Lost Orders: Heartbreaks are hard, especially if it's a lost order. We'll join your search party, but refunds are a no-go. However, if the courier marks it 'lost' (and not sneakily taken post-delivery), we'll send a 50% credit note your way.
- International Orders: No PO boxes or military bases, please. Monitor your AWB number and give us a shout if something seems off.
- Fail to collect: If you are not home to receive your order and it gets delivered to a collection point, it is your responsibility to collect within your local postal services timeframe. Failing to collect will result in the parcel being returned back to sender and you will not be refunded for the value of goods, customs fee or shipping. You will have the option to pay for shipping again to resend the order, once received back to us.
